About
Dr Morgan Etienne
Health concerns — for you, your child or anyone in your family — stir up a lot of feelings. Morgan's aim is to meet them with compassion, commitment and excellence.
Dr Morgan Etienne aims to provide holistic, non-judgmental and evidence-based care to her patients, through the ups and downs of life.
Morgan completed her medical training at the University of Queensland in 2013, and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2023. That same year she was honoured to receive the RACGP Queensland GP in Training of the Year award. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Child Health from the University of Sydney and is committed to ongoing professional development and education.
Before moving into general practice, Morgan spent time in specialty paediatric training, working in hospitals across South East Queensland including the Queensland Children's Hospital, the RBWH Neonatal Unit and the Mater Mothers' Hospital Neonatal Unit.
Alongside her clinical work, Morgan enjoys teaching medical students and doctors in training, with recent supervisory roles at Griffith University and Bond University.
Outside of medicine, Morgan spends time with her family and walks her two dogs. When she gets spare time, she can also be found reading, ocean swimming and cooking.
